We work with a focus on restoring and strengthening permanent business relationships and, therefore, we go beyond simply resolving disputes.

We defend our clients in domestic and international arbitrations before the main chambers, including the Business Arbitration Chamber - Brazil (CAMARB), the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce Arbitration, and Measurement Center (CAM-CCBC), the Chamber Mineira de Mediação e Arbitragem (CAMINAS), among others.

We are prepared to provide all strategic support in the prevention of litigation, from the drafting of arbitration clauses and commitments to conducting negotiations in the pre-arbitration phase. We act, including as arbitrators, in cases involving complex contractual issues related to international trade and intellectual property, in addition to corporate demands and construction and infrastructure litigation.
